Modern stainless steel designer swing

This is a premium stainless steel swing, custom-made entirely according to the customer’s comfort and retirement lifestyle needs.

We manufacture many types of swings, but this particular model is specially designed keeping the customer’s post-retirement relaxation and daily comfort in mind.

The customer required a 3-seater swing, so it has been designed and fabricated specifically for three people to sit comfortably.

Our regular seat size is 22 inches, but as per the customer’s requirement, we increased it to 24 inches,

which allows more space and a much more relaxed sitting posture.

Because of this, the customer can sit with legs fully stretched and relaxed, enjoying complete comfort.

Similarly, our standard arm depth (tika) is usually 25 inches,

but for this swing, we increased it to 2.5 feet (30 inches),

making the overall sitting experience even more comfortable and luxurious.

This swing is made in a fully foldable design.

Both side panels are detachable, and the entire structure is assembled using nut-bolt fittings.

All the nuts and bolts used are 100% stainless steel,

and we have also installed high-quality stainless steel chains for strength and smooth movement.

Earlier, we used 1-foot steel chain links,

but adjusting the height precisely was difficult with that system.

Now we use inch-by-inch adjustable stainless steel chains,

which makes height adjustment extremely easy and allows the swing to be set at the perfect comfort level.

This is one of the biggest advantages of this design.

In terms of size, this swing is slightly larger than our regular models,

so that after activities like walking, jogging, or a long day outside,

the customer can come home and relax peacefully on the swing.

On one side of the swing, we have also provided a small side tray,

perfect for keeping a tea cup, water bottle, or small essentials.

This tray is not visible in the video because it was installed later.

After the video shoot, we sent our worker to the customer’s place and fixed it on-site,

which is why it couldn’t be captured in the video.

Now talking about comfort and strength—

Initially, we planned to use a 1-inch pipe for the backrest,

but after testing, we felt it was not comfortable enough for proper back support.

So we upgraded the back structure using 1.5-inch and nearly 2-inch flat pipes (10mm thickness),

which significantly improved both comfort and durability.

Coming to the price—

Normally, this swing is completed at ₹22,000,

but in this case, the customer opted for bigger size and upgraded material quality.

Because of these enhancements, this swing was completed at ₹27,000.

All the material used in this swing is 100% Jindal stainless steel.

Different material grades affect pricing,

but here we have used top-quality material to ensure long life, strength, and premium finish.

This swing is not only beautiful to look at,

यह एक स्टेनलेस स्टील झूला (स्विंग) है, जिसे हमने पूरी तरह कस्टमर की रिक्वायरमेंट और कम्फर्ट को ध्यान में रखते हुए डिज़ाइन और तैयार किया है।
हम वैसे तो कई तरह के झूले बनाते हैं, लेकिन यह झूला खास तौर पर कस्टमर की रिटायरमेंट लाइफस्टाइल को ध्यान में रखकर बनाया गया है।

कस्टमर को 3-सीटर झूला चाहिए था, ताकि तीन लोग आराम से बैठ सकें। इसी वजह से इसे तीन लोगों के बैठने के हिसाब से डिज़ाइन किया गया है।
हमारा जो रेगुलर साइज 22 इंच का होता है, उसे कस्टमर की डिमांड पर 24 इंच किया गया, ताकि बैठने में ज़्यादा जगह और आराम मिल सके।
इसका रिज़ल्ट यह रहा कि कस्टमर इस पर पूरी तरह पैर ऊपर करके, बिना किसी परेशानी के, बेहद आराम से बैठ पा रहे हैं।

इसी तरह, जो टीका (आर्म/डेप्थ) आमतौर पर हमारा 25 इंच का होता है, उसे हमने बढ़ाकर ढाई फीट यानी 30 इंच कर दिया।
इससे झूले पर बैठने का एक्सपीरियंस और भी ज़्यादा कम्फर्टेबल हो गया।

यह झूला हमने पूरी तरह फोल्डिंग डिज़ाइन में बनाया है।
इसके दोनों साइड के पल्ले अलग-अलग निकल जाते हैं, और पूरा सिस्टम नट-बोल्ट पर आधारित है।
सभी नट-बोल्ट पूरी तरह स्टेनलेस स्टील (SS) के हैं, साथ ही इसमें स्टेनलेस स्टील की मजबूत चैन भी लगाई गई है।

पहले हम इसमें 1-फुट की स्टील कड़ियां इस्तेमाल करते थे, लेकिन उसमें हाइट एडजस्ट करना मुश्किल हो जाता था।
अब हमने इसमें एक-एक इंच की एडजस्टेबल SS चैन डाली है, जिससे हाइट को बिल्कुल उसी लेवल पर सेट किया जा सकता है,
जहाँ बैठना सबसे ज़्यादा आरामदायक लगे।
यह इसका एक बहुत बड़ा फायदा है।

साइज के मामले में यह झूला हमारे रेगुलर झूलों से थोड़ा बड़ा है, ताकि कस्टमर को बाहर से आकर—
जैसे वॉक, जॉगिंग या दिनभर की थकान के बाद—
इस पर बैठकर पूरी तरह रिलैक्स करने का मज़ा मिल सके।

इस झूले के एक साइड में हमने छोटा सा ट्रे/टीका भी बनाया है,
जिसमें चाय का कप, पानी की बोतल या छोटी चीज़ें आराम से रखी जा सकती हैं।
वीडियो शूट के समय यह पार्ट लगा हुआ नहीं था,
लेकिन बाद में हमने अपने वर्कर को कस्टमर के घर भेजकर
वहीं पर फिटिंग करके दिया, इसलिए वह वीडियो में कैप्चर नहीं हो पाया।

अब बात करें कम्फर्ट और मजबूती की—
पीछे बैठने वाली साइड में पहले 1-इंच का पाइप लगाने का प्लान था,
लेकिन ट्रायल के बाद हमें महसूस हुआ कि वह पीठ के लिए उतना कंफर्टेबल नहीं है।
इसलिए हमने बैक साइड में डेढ़ इंच और पौने दो इंच के पट्टी पाइप (10mm मोटाई) का इस्तेमाल किया,
जिससे बैक सपोर्ट बेहद मजबूत और आरामदायक हो गया।

अब आते हैं प्राइस पर—
हमारा यह झूला आमतौर पर ₹22,000 में रेडी हो जाता है,
लेकिन इस झूले में कस्टमर ने साइज और मटेरियल दोनों में अपग्रेड करवाया है।
इसी वजह से यह झूला ₹27,000 में बना है।

इसमें इस्तेमाल किया गया पूरा मटेरियल 100% जिंदल स्टेनलेस स्टील का है।
क्वालिटी के अलग-अलग ऑप्शन होते हैं, जिनके हिसाब से रेट बदलता है,
लेकिन इस झूले में हमने टॉप-क्लास मटेरियल का इस्तेमाल किया है।

यह झूला देखने में जितना खूबसूरत है,
उतना ही मजबूत, स्मूद और बेहद कंफर्टेबल भी है।
